What is the age requirement for admission?
For the Nazra (Quran Reading) program, children must be between 7 and 10 years old. For the Hifz (Memorization) program, the age limit is 8 to 12 years.
What is the first step to admit my child?
The process begins with a simple entrance test to assess the child’s current level, followed by the submission of the admission form and required documents.
What is the "provisional admission" period?
The first two months are a trial period. We assess the child’s discipline and academic adjustment. If satisfactory, the admission is confirmed.
What if my child misses many classes?
A detailed answer to provide information about your business, build trust with potential clients, and help convince the visitor that you are a good fit for them.
Are parents allowed to meet the teachers?
Yes, we encourage it. You can check the daily diary for notes, and we schedule regular parent-teacher meetings. For urgent matters, you can contact the office.
Is the Hifz program really completed in 3 years?
Yes, our structured 3-year program is designed for a committed student to become a certified Hafiz, Insha’Allah. It requires following the daily lesson plan and revision schedule.
Why is the diary so important?
The diary is our main communication tool. It records daily lessons, progress, and teacher notes. Parents must check and sign it daily to stay updated.
What items are students not allowed to bring?
Mobile phones and any other electronic devices are strictly prohibited. We also emphasize that students should not bring valuables or money.
